If a Learner experiences any difficulties, they are directed to discuss this with their trainer, or another member of staff.
Gimbal Training will ensure that the full resources of the organisation are made available to ensure Learners achieve the required level of competency in all units as prescribed in this Qualification.
If a Learner experiences personal difficulties, they are directed to make contact directly with the Training Manager who will assist to their full extent of their capacity.

For apprentices, managing the demands of work, training, and personal life can be challenging. At Gimbal Training, we support our clients with mentoring, coaching, and guidance on course content. We also provide effective learning and study techniques to help apprentices succeed.
In addition, your Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) Provider—such as MEGT, Busy at Work—offers a wide range of tools, resources, and mentoring support. These services are designed to help apprentices overcome challenges and stay on track throughout their apprenticeship journey.
Where personal circumstances may affect your learning experience, Gimbal Training will endeavour to support you wherever possible, including referring you to the following organisations:
